​​​​​​Organizations of Faith have an added responsibility in addition to good governance.  By definition of their own mission they must strive to model the foundational ideal at the core of all faith-based organizations.  Social values that honor and support a belief in service and helping others.  The Board's greatest work may in fact be demonstrating that governance and compassion at the boardroom table can model social values of Harmony, Peace, and Wisdom on the leadership level. In fact, this may very well be their greatest work.

HER FAITH in Action


                                  Charline ​has inspired thousands of people nationally and internationally with spiritually uplifting messages that raise hope and stir inner potential to higher levels toward quality living.  Charline served as a church pastor for over twenty years.  In addition to Seminary studies, Charline holds Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Sociology and Urban Studies, and a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resources Development. She serves as online adjunct faculty instructor for the Unity Urban Ministerial School where she has taught Ethics in Ministry, Homiletical Preaching and Working Effectively with Boards.  Currently she serves on the Board of Directors of Unity World Headquarters at Unity Village.  Charline has facilitated workshops, training programs, seminars and keynote addresses for over thirty years in various capacities.  In her spare time Charline has authored five books and continues to write more.  Her practical and down to earth approach to life and spirituality has given her the opportunity to be invited to speak to audiences internationally.
